Big stuff is shipped Insured UPS Ground, small stuff USPS. We do ship Internationally! Returns & Guarantee
Please contact us if you need to return something. We stand behind our products and our service. We try to be as descriptive as possible in our listings to eliminate any confusion and let you know exactly what you will be getting, this keeps you, our customer happy, and also keeps our return rate low. Being a small business, we need our resources of time and money to continue providing excellent service and products. Please be certain that the part or instrument is 100% what you need or want before ordering, if you have any doubts or questions, please contact us before placing your order. All products come with a 7-Day No Questions asked return policy. Products are returned at the customers expense and must include all the original packing, packing material, and must be in exactly the same condition it left at. This is at our discretion, a return fee may be issued if all these conditions are not met.
All returns must be issued a RMA number to be accepted.
To obtain an RMA number please call or email us. Returned packages sent to us with No RMA, or Non-Issued RMA will be returned to sender at the customers expense, or refused.
